The Grove is a lovely courtyard nestled between Tower280 and 260 East Broad Street.

There are hundreds of free street level parking spaces surrounding The Grove.
The Flea is also conveniently located directly above the Midtown Parking Garage, offering elevator access to over 1,500+ underground parking spaces. This three-level parking garage can be accessed by either the South Clinton or Broad Street entrances.

The Flea is open every Sunday from 10AM - 4PM beginning May 25th at The Grove (266 E Broad st).

The Lucky Flea hosts 60+ vendors and 4-5 food trucks each week. Vendors are located within The Grove, as well as along Elm St.

The Grove is a lovely courtyard nestled between Tower280 and 260 East Broad Street. Created by Buckingham Properties, its the perfect destination in Rochester for wining, dining, and community-building!
Here, we are amongst many new local shops, bars and restaurants, and situated directly across from the wonderful Downtown green space, Parcel 5.
