The Lucky Flea welcomes pro vendors, brand new vendors, and everyone in between! We’re here to help you on your Lucky Flea journey, so don’t hesitate to reach out.

Each vendor space at The Lucky Flea is a 10’x10’ plot at the event space. These vendor spots are pre-marked out for your convenience.
Within this space, we encourage you to customize your lil’ corner of the Flea to your hearts’ desire! No additional vending materials will be provided.

We accept a wide array of vendors from vintage sellers to crafters, artists and more. Apply now to see if you’d be a good fit at the market!

Whether you’re a local business or an out of town visitor, anyone can join the Flea.

We will keep the party going in all weather as long as we can continue to operate safely.

Vendor spot requests are accepted on a first-come, first served basis. Please note, vendor spot requests will be granted when possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Market Info for Accepted Vendors

Your 10’ X 10’ vending space will be marked out for you upon your arrival, including the corresponding vending spot number.
Vendors are required to bring a canopy tent with weights to each market. Make sure to consider other vending materials to make your space unique. Some items include: clothing racks, banners, rugs, tables, chairs, signage, shelves, etc. to make your booth Flea ready!

The complete vendor map (including finalized vendor space assignments) will be sent out via email two days prior to your participating date.
Once you have been assigned your space, we cannot accommodate any changes. Vendor spaces are not necessarily the same for each market, so keep an eye out for space changes in between vending weeks.

Vendors will park their vehicles and unload alongside either Elm St or Broad St before proceeding to park in the Midtown Garage. Vendors will receive free parking vouchers for The Midtown Garage during market setup.
Additonally, our new location is surrounded by hundreds of street parking spaces which are FREE on Sundays.

Setup is between 7AM - 10AM. All vendors must be prepared to vend by market open at 10AM. Any vendors that arrive after the market opens will have their spot forfeited and will not be allowed to setup.
If circumstances prevent you from attending the market, it is your responsibility to contact us via Email prior to market open.

Breaking down begins after the market closes at 4PM. If you need to break down early, please reach out for special permission from Flea staff. Please note that vendors who leave early without permission may not be invited back for future markets.

There are no date transfers or refunds of the vending fee due to rent and operational costs. However, we do recognize that unforeseen life events can get in the way so please reach out with any questions to howdy@theluckyflea.com.

If you're interested in adding more market dates onto your approved vendor application for a given month, please reach out to us via our Instagram DMs (@theluckyflea) or email (howdy@theluckyflea.com)and we will be able to add additional dates from our end!

All applications, payments and vendor maps are hosted through an event service called Eventeny. Eventeny is a platform for vendors from all over the country to find the best events for their participation.
We highly suggest that you set up your shop profile on Eventeny, so Lucky Flea patrons will be able to visit your page and learn more about your business. A list of all participating vendors will be accessible for each week’s market via our site.
